  • ≥5000 MPa compressive, up to 3500 MPa bending strength for heavy-load stability
  • Excellent acid, alkali, and salt resistance for harsh environments

Product Description

The material of the tungsten carbide pump shaft is high-purity tungsten carbide, which can withstand high wear, strong corrosion and high-temperature environments under extreme working conditions. It is suitable for the chemical industry. In slurry containing solid particles or corrosive media, its service life can reach 3 to 5 times that of traditional stainless steel shafts. As an ideal alternative to traditional metal shafts, it can effectively reduce equipment vibration and noise and improve overall operational efficiency.

Features of Tungsten Carbide Pump Shaft

  • Sharply Extend the Repaired Time of Pumps: Tungsten carbide pump shafts make the time of pumps’ whole repairing from a few months or 1-2 years extend to many years, which can improve the working efficiency
  • Effectively Protect Other Expensive Components: Tungsten carbide pump shafts’ advantages of wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance effectively protect the mechanical sealing parts, bearings and mouth rings assembling with them.
  • Greatly Save the Cost: In the very harsh conditions, tungsten carbide pump shafts due to their longer service life and better reliability can greatly decrease the loss of shutdown, the whole economy is the best.

Why Choose Our Tungsten Carbide Pump Shafts?

We have professional engineer and design team, who are working in the tungsten carbide wear parts for nearly 30 years.

During choosing the grade, we won’t just send the grade list to you, but using the grade which is most suitable based on your condition.

If you meet any complains for our products, our team will provide the timely after sales service to assist you find out the main reason of complains via analysing the wear of shafts.

And optimizing our production procedures to avoid the same complain happen again.

We understand shutdown is a big loss for all the companies. So we built the high efficiency and flexible supplier chain.

For some regular parts, we can open a specialized production line for it, massively reducing your waiting time.

FAQs

A1: 1. Mixing powder: Use the fine or ultra fine tungsten carbide powder to mix with cobalt powder.

2. Pressing: Put mixed powder into tooling, then press the blanks.

3. Sintered: HIP sintering.

4. Fine machining: make the dimensions into tolerances.

A2: 1. Conditions with wear resistance, the solid particle is ≥5%, and the diameter of it is ≥75μm.

2. Conditions with corrosion resistance, the medium is both corrosive and wear. 3. The service life of some traditional materials is very short.

A3: For example, centrifugal pump, rotary pump, chemical pump, seawater pump, slurry pump, etc.

A4: 1. We should avoid the collision during moving, it’s better use some foam to protect them when lying.

2. Before assembling, you’d better inspect the dimensions of bearing and sealing.

3. Use the professional tools to assemble, and don’t hit the shafts.
