Every batch different grades material, we will do sample test the material composition, if sample test is fine, we will go into the batch material production, and also we have had the material record always. Every time after sintering process, our carbide blank engineer and QC will do the carbide blank inspection for the blank inside and outside, then go into the finishing machining production process.

For finishing machining process, engineer will work production process sheet, including different production process, QC will do inspection for every production step, when last production step is fine, will go to the next production step; after complete all production, QC will do overview inspection for products according to customer’s drawing. If some production step sizes don’t reach the drawing need, QC will let workers rework production. If rework fails, the product will be scrapped and a new one will be produced.
