The tungsten carbide adjustable choke valve stem is specially designed for high-pressure and high-wear industrial environments. Made of tungsten carbide material, it features high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The surface of the valve stem is coated with a dense tungsten carbide coating through supersonic spraying or laser cladding technology. Its wear resistance is 3 to 4 times higher than that of traditional Stellite alloy, and it can withstand long-term erosion by media containing solid particles.
This choke valve stem supports precise flow regulation and is compatible with wellhead equipment meeting the API 6A standard. The working pressure covers 2000-15,000 PSI and the temperature range is from -18 °C to 121°C. The integrated design of its tungsten carbide tip and stainless steel base effectively resists cavitation, flash evaporation and mechanical stress under high pressure difference conditions, and is suitable for throttling control in fields such as oil and gas extraction, chemical industry and coal chemical industry.
